Community Based Climate Change, Health & Equity Initiative Grant

The Kresge Foundation’s Climate Change, Health & Equity initiative is an effort to fund projects through a community-based strategy to advance the adoption and implementation of climate mitigation, climate adaptation and climate resilience policies and programs at the local, regional, and/or state levels that improve public health outcomes and drive investments to improve quality of life.
