State of the Estuary 2025

This State of the Estuary Report presents environmental trends in the Hudson-Raritan Estuary and in its watersheds. By compiling recent monitoring data and research, it allows program managers, partner organizations, and interested members of the public to measure and communicate progress towards goals for conserving and restoring the estuary ecosystem.

2025-2035 Action Agenda

The 2025 – 2035 Action Agenda presents the shared priorities of the NY-NJ Harbor & Estuary Program (HEP) and the commitment of the program and HEP’s partners to address them. It describes our five long-term goals and proposes 19 specific objectives and 41 actions that HEP and partners will advance over the next 10 years.
